Terms of Use — Erderon

1. Identification

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between ERDERON GAMES LTDA., trading name Erderon, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ 62.750.640/0001-76, headquartered at Rua Coronel Santiago, 772, Bairro Anita Garibaldi, Joinville – SC, CEP 89203-560, Brazil (hereinafter "Erderon"), and the user who subscribes through the website erderon.com (hereinafter "Subscriber").

2. Services

Erderon is a tabletop RPG platform that offers, through a monthly subscription, access to exclusive digital content. Benefits vary according to the support tier chosen by the Subscriber and may include, among others:

Access to the Erderon VTT (Virtual Tabletop) platform;
Complete adventures for personal and non-commercial use;
Erderon world lore and content;
Entry into exclusive subscriber giveaways;
Other benefits listed on the subscription page.

3. Registration and Account

To subscribe, the user must create an account providing the following information: name, email address, Discord username and password.

The Subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their login credentials safe. Erderon is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the Subscriber's own negligence.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party platform responsible for the billing infrastructure. By subscribing, the Subscriber authorizes a recurring monthly charge to the registered credit card or payment method, until cancellation is requested.

Erderon does not store credit card data. This information is managed exclusively by Stripe, subject to their own privacy and security policies.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

The Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time, with no penalties or red tape.

Upon subscribing, the Subscriber gains immediate and unrestricted access to all content in their support tier. For this reason, there are no refunds for amounts already charged.

After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the already-paid monthly period. Once that period ends, access to exclusive content is revoked and no further charges are made.

6. Content Use

All content provided by the platform, including adventures, lore, maps, artwork and texts, is the exclusive property of Erderon and protected by copyright.

The Subscriber receives a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license for personal and non-commercial use of the content. The following are expressly prohibited:

Reproducing, distributing or selling any content from the platform;
Using the content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Erderon;
Sharing login credentials with third parties.

7. Data Protection (LGPD)

Erderon collects and stores the following personal data: name, email address, Discord username and password (stored in encrypted format). This data is stored on our servers and is accessible only to the company's engineers and partners.

The site uses Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel (Facebook) for traffic analysis and marketing campaign performance. These tools collect browsing data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), the Subscriber has the right to access, correct or request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting contact@erderon.com.

8. Changes to Terms

Erderon reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after such communication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Erderon uses cookies and tracking technologies to improve the browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and support marketing campaigns. Data collection via Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel (Facebook) begins upon the visitor's first access to the site, regardless of any interaction with the cookie notice displayed at the bottom of the page. By continuing to browse without making any changes, the visitor implicitly agrees to this collection, as provided in this document. At any time, visitors may access the cookie settings available in the site footer to manage their preferences. If the visitor chooses to disable analytics and marketing tools, they will not be loaded on subsequent visits. Additionally, Erderon operates a proprietary first-party analytics system, with no data sharing with third parties. This system uses two session cookies: _erd_sid, which stores an anonymous session identifier for up to 30 days, used solely to measure unique visits and correctly attribute conversions to their originating campaign; and _erd_utms, which temporarily preserves the UTM parameters of the last identified visit, also for up to 30 days, enabling us to attribute a sign-up to the campaign that generated the initial access. Neither cookie contains a name, email address, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information. IP addresses are processed exclusively as irreversible cryptographic hashes (SHA-256), making visitor identification impossible.
